I ordered chicken bowl with black beans, medium hot sauce, cheese, avocado and lettuce on 28/2/22. Stomach started feeling upset 2/3 hours later and full on diarrhea and painful stomach cramps through the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
