After eating a small bowl of chili last Friday, April 12th & again for lunch Saturday, I broke out in horrible itchy hives/rashes all over my arms, legs & stomach. I am highly allergic to peanuts. | Symptoms: Skin Rash, Allergic Reaction, Itching

I had Italian sausage sandwich and coke at Costco in union, njj around 1:30pm-2:30pm, at 3:30pm I have stomach pain; unable to stand up straight because of the pain and weak
