Kirkland Signature Tempura Shrimp
Husband, son and step son ate Kirkland brand frozen shrimp tempura. Son had a stomach ache, step dad had diarrhea and husband had vomiting & diarrhea. It’s going on 3 days and any small amount of food or drink goes right through him. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Today and last week, Cinnamon Toast Crunch from there, We think the bulk size Cinnamon Toast Crunch from there My son and boyfriend both got sick on separate occasions within a few hours after eating the cereal. My other son and myself didn’t eat any and have been fine.

Garlic Chicken Wings is only thing both ate &. Severe vomiting & diarrhea continues after both having eaten Garlic Chicken Wings. Awfully sick 2 days still.

TODAY AT 6:30 BROUGHT HOME THEIRPREPARED RAVAOLI BAKED S DIRECTED, 2 HOURS LATER TERRIBLE STOMACH PAIN, NAUSEA, THOWING UP AND DIARRHEA, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ATE PREPARED MEALS OF THEIRS AND GOT SICK, CALLING IN THE MORNING
