Food poisoning after eating Costco organic ground beef. Symptoms include vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, and fever. This occurred on two separate instances; 2 adults on 6/17/24 and a 3rd adult on 6/29/24, all after consuming Costco ground beef.
