Ate black grapes last night. Woke up at 5am vomiting intensely which hasn't stopped. No fever. No one else is sick from shared food. I am the only one who ate the grapes

Ordered a hot dog for myself and my two children around 2:00 pm. Around 7:00pm my youngest starting projectile vomiting large quantities of undigested hot dog. I have felt off with uncomfortable gas/bloating, nausea and fatigue.
