Bagel, Coffee Cause Illness

After drinking a small hot coffee with Splenda and cream and eating a Multigrain Bagel Thin with ham egg and cheese., I always have breakfast at this location.  Never had any food/ drink problem.  But, today was different.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
