Illness After Croissant & Tea

I got very sick after eating a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and an iced tea with extra sugar with lemon I have not consumed any other food all day so it's quite likely that the food there I the culprit unable to complete regular medical treatment due to illness  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
