Around 7:30pm I drove thru here to order chicken nachos,it came with chips chicken beans pico sour cream,,, I got home with in 30 minutes sat down to eat !
After 45 minutes I had to run to the bathroom with stomachache severe diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea
