Smoked Salmon Frittata Illness

Smoked salmon frittata. My husband didn’t get ill because he doesn’t like smoked salmon. Not 100% if it occurred here but it’s the only place my husband didn’t eat the same thing. Also, the only other food we ate was tomato soup and a grilled cheese.
