On today 8/11 I got a double double and animal fries. About 3 hours later I had severe vomiting and diarrhea as well as chills.

Ate a number 3 meal with a coke as part of order check 169, transaction 4067 at 11:36am on 4/27/22. The French fries tasted different but in a good way. Within 20 minutes I was vomiting on and off for about 1 hr.

I ate a double-double with fries. Symptoms showed up later that night and persisted throughout the next day. I just now started eating solid food again. I got sick on Friday, December 22 and it is now December 24.
