On 4/2/21 for late dinner had a Double Double and large fries, both animal style, without tomato. Woke up early today with extreme diarrhea, unable to stop, and been nauseous all day with a low grade fever.

Double Double Discomfort

Ive never had an issue like this with in-n-our but I went there yesterday and got the double double with no onions and extra sauce fries and a pink lemonade. I started to feel sick about 2 hours later and vomited about 4 hours after that.
