Yesterday, my wife and I went to In-N-Out in Downey, California. We ordered a Double-Double protein style for my wife and a 3x3 for me. Later that night, my wife woke up at 3 a.m. with really bad stomach pain. This isn’t the first time someone in my family has gotten sick after eating at In-N-Out.

Had lettuce wrapped double double no tomato, add chilis, sides of spread, fries and ice tea for lunch. Later in the day full chills, nausea, body aches. Threw up at night with fever. upset stomach diarrhea in today but no fever.
