Beach Club Illness: IV Needed

I purchased a beach club sandwich around 9 pm on 2/19/2020 and became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea occurring every 15-20 min from 3am to 1pm. I became extremely dehydrated with a mild fever and required IV fluids.
