Hamburger and milkshake, Drive through. Milkshake tasted weird so didn’t drink it but was enough to give me stomach pains and vomiting for nearly 24lbs so far

Only meal I’ve eaten today was at this place. I had a large mc chicken sandwich meal and a cheeseburger 8 hrs after I can’t get off the toilet and at one point didn’t know which end to put down the toilet.
