I ordered McDonald’s the night before & then again for lunch the next day & it’s all I ate went to the doctor they said I have the stomach flu. I believe it was this since it’s all I ate the last two days.

My sister and I ate chicken nuggets and chicken tenders and 2 hours later we both started feeling sick to our stomachs. Experiencing severe stomach cramps, bloating, gas, diarrhea, fever, nausea. Will never eat there again!
