I ordered McDonald’s the night before & then again for lunch the next day & it’s all I ate went to the doctor they said I have the stomach flu. I believe it was this since it’s all I ate the last two days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
