My husband ordered the sausage biscuit last Saturday and was sick, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach ache the next day. We had McDonald's again (he had a sausage biscuit again thinking nothing of it) this Saturday and he is ill again today (Sunday).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate breakfast there yesterday morning 7-14-18. I had the sausage McMuffin with cheese, hash brown and coffee with cream and sugar. I started feeling sick later on and spent the past 18 hours vomiting and having diarrhea. It has been awful! I can’t even keep crackers… See more
