Burrito Illness: Vomiting, Chills

Had a burrito with ground beef, guac, sour cream, rice and a variety of veggies + chips with medium and pineapple salsa. Felt ill 60-90 minutes after eating (nausea at first then chills) and began excessive vomiting 2 hours after that. Symptoms mostly faded after vomiting ceased.
