ER Visit: Suspected Salmonella

We went to the er not knowing what was wrong and it was salmonella. We contacted outback on wells and they pretended to take the info seriously but we could never get a manager to speak to us and we never received a call back as promised.
| Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
