I had this for lunch: Chow mein, brown rice, beef and broccoli, honey chicken, and string bean chicken. I am currently having food poisoning symptoms of diarrhea and nausea. I'm sure it'll progress to vomiting soon.

I had a bowl with chow mein noodles and beef broccoli, started feeling nauseated about an hour after. Tried sleeping it off after about an hour of sleeping I ended up throwing up about 5 times. Along with diarrhea..
