Orange Chicken Illness Report

I had a meal about noon on 6/24/2019. I had chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I started feeling poorly about midnight. The next morning I had abdominal pain, felt bloated. gas, nausea and diarrhea. This has been going on for about a day and half now.
