I had a 2 entree plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and the teriyaki chicken. I had this for dinner on 1/15/2020 and now I am constantly having to go to the bathroom to diarrhea. Then I threw up my whole breakfast. And not my stomach is so sore and I am so nauseous.

Orange Chicken Illness Report

Yesterday I had a bowl of orange chicken and steamed rice. Immediately after consuming the food I started using the bathroom heavily. Later in the evening I started having diarrhea's, chills, vomiting, stomach pains, fever, and body aches. A day later and I still have these issues.
