Chow Mein Suspected Illness

I had chow mein, broccoli beef, and mushroom chicken, part of an egg roll yesterday afternoon. I have not felts well since I woke up today. Then I tried to eat and threw up about 15 minutes later. Not positive it was from Panda Express but the timing is suspect.

Ate Panda Express around 6 pm last night, Sunday the 13th, and woke up at midnight sick. Fever like symptoms; chills, nausea, vomiting, body aches, and dizziness. My wife ate there too and did not get sick. She ate beef and I ate the orange chicken.
