I ate there about 2 hours ago and so far its just me who got sick .
My food was delivered around 12:30, i ate chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl with bread and green tea from them. 2 hours later i felt very sick and lightheaded. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Lightheaded

I ate a steak and cheese sandwich from Panera Bread and the food was not properly nor thoroughly cooked. It has been a week since I consumed the food and I am still experiencing extreme food poisoning symptoms.
