Was good poisoned at PF Changs Jax 7/10/25. Have lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef and some type of spicy chicken with noodles and fried rice.

Went out to eat with a friend and later that evening I was on the toilet with severe diarrhea that last all night long as well as severe nausea.

Pork Fried Rice Illness

Ordered pork fried rice with no bean sprouts and sprite to drink on 2/7/24 around 2:30pm. Food tasted good. About 4 hours later I started developing nausea leading to vomiting and diarrhea.
