Chicken Meal Causes Emesis

I had quarter chicken white meat with brown rice and black beans and ceaser salad on side at approximately 7 pm. It's almost 11 pm now and I had violent emesis and nausea for the past half hour. I am a nurse and I know how dangerous this is , I will go to ED if it continues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
