Ate a small 3.6 oz cup of Häagen-Dazs chocolate chip flavor and it immediately made the back of my throat sore. I don't know why it happened but I'm not allergic to chocolate chips

Chicken & Rice Soup Illness

I ordered chicken and rice soup from the hot bar on Monday April 29. I got terribly sick the same night. Severe vomiting, severe diarrhea and nausea., Only I got sick because I was the only one that ate the soup. Symptoms showed up about 6 hours later.
