I got the three cheese chicken nachos with black beans, brown rice, roasted chile corn, guac, and sour cream. I ate it around 7 pm tonight (6/24) and was sick an hour later. It's 6 hours later, and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
