Rosa’s Cafe on Whitestone in Cedar Park. I ate smothered burrito beans rice and queso on Wednesday April 30, 2025. Within 8-12 hrs I had severe vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, chills, headache, severe stomachache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
