Rosa’s Cafe on Whitestone in Cedar Park. I ate smothered burrito beans rice and queso on Wednesday April 30, 2025. Within 8-12 hrs I had severe vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, chills, headache, severe stomachache.

I ordered beef taco’s with cheese and tomato’s and side of salsa. Within 2 hours of eating I felt nauseated, stomachache and had chills. I have been vomiting and have explosive diarrhea for 12 hours now.
