March 29th/30th( present), here Picked up a spicy Italian sandwich at 10:30am with pepper jack chesse, Cucumbers, olive, jalapenos, bell peppers, spinach, banana peppers, Southwest sauce on Italian herbs and chesse bread. Started to get sick 2 to 3 hrs later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
