Cold Cut Cramping Again

Ate a footlong cold cut with bacon on the Italian cheese bread. Added bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch and salt and pepper. Cramping and diarrhea. Thought it was a nice lunch with the family but had cramps last time too. No more of it for me I guess.
