turkey american cheese spinach mayonnaise on italian bread. the symptoms set in that night. i vomited continuously and developed a fever and began having diarrhea. i am still experiencing symptoms. it is extremely painful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
