After eating the nacho fries and burrito I had extreme bloating, within a few hours I threw up chunks of cheese and meat, I also had painful burning diarrhea and have not been able to eat for the rest of the day (I ate at 1:00, vomiting started at 4:00 PM haven’t ate since then it is now 10:00 PM)
