Me and my wife ordered calamari that we both shared and I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo (no chicken or shrimp). This was around 7pm September 28th.

Egg white omelet with spinach.I started vomiting and was severely nauseous after eating an egg white omelet with spinach. I had stomach cramps and was dizzy. I feel so sick.

Family Hospitalized After Takeout

March 3rd 2020 I call in a order to pick up curbside. I ordered the Louisiana pasta and chicken and biscuits and the pork chops for my family. The time was around 6:30 p.m. I went straight home and was eating before 7 p.m.
