Both myself and a friend extremely un well with diahorreah and nausea after eating a cheeseburger with onion, ketchup Mayo and lettuce with a vanilla and banana milkshake

Salted Caramel Milkshake Illness

I only had a salted caramel milkshake with whipped cream, however straight after finishing it I felt very sick and continued feeling sick for at least 24 hours until I experienced constant vomiting and am still currently being sick 36 hours later.
