Deli case cooked hotdog at here on Tuesday afternoon. Diarrhea that night. Lack of appetite, Fatigued, excessive sleeping, neck shoulder pain, sensitivity to light on Thursday. Fatigue continued friday

Pork Sausages Cause Illness

Today. , I know it was jimmy dean’s pork sausages original (not ready cooked). I think I ate this morning and they tasted funny. Should have stopped. Just that feel awful and like I was hit by a Mack truck. I will not eat jimmy dean’s anything again.

Turkey Tacos Trigger Illness

Purchased 3 of the 1lb 93% lean ground turkey 2 weeks ago & immediately put it in the freezer. Once thawed i ate 2 tacos worth immediately & within hours i experienced severe stomach cramping, profuse sweating, intense diarrhea, & vomiting. I am discarding the remaining ground turkey.

Tuna Meal Causes Illness

Yellow fin tuna. Got home and prepared fully cooked. 2 hours after consuming i began to feel like i need to use the bathroom and for about an hour i felt horrible with waves of pain in my stomach. In between vomiting and p**ping my gut just ached. Went to sleep and felt better since.
