Ate a chicken salad sandwich at here, within hours I has severe nausea, abdominal pain, fever, chills, dizzinesz Friend had sandwich from there as well, picked off wet greenish areas on bread but didn't eat more than a bite. Discarded his sandwich when learned of my symptoms

Not sure but had 1/2 Turkey sub with lettuce, onion, cucumbers , pickles, Mayo and vinegar and oil Only I ate there

chicken salad hoagie I was the only one who ate the chicken salad hoagie. About three hours after eating it I developed severe diarrhea. That was yesterday and I'm still sick today.
