A chicken salad sandwich on a classic roll with tomato, lettuce, onions & pepper and oregano. I had it about 9:00 pm last night and woke up to what i thought was heart burn but it was actually vomiting & diarrhea.

Severe Illness After Panini

I bought a spinach Fontina panini 3 hours later I had severe vomiting diarrhea and could not get off the toilet felt like it was almost hard to breathe I was on the verge of dialing 911 luckily the pain slowly subsided still 24 hours later stomach is severely hurting
