Italian Sandwich Causes Illness

I ate at 2 pm and got an Italian BMT with American cheese, light onion, lettuce and spinach with Mayo and Oregeno. I was eating on my lunch break and within 20 minutes I had instant diarrhea that has continued all day with sthomac pains,cramps,etc  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
