Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
I bought 4 pieces of Atlantic salmon from the fish section. Went home, prepped it, cooked it thoroughly and about 2-3 hours later was so sick! This isn’t the first time from here. It didn’t have a bad smell or any signs! I just knew it was from that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Soreness
Had the Sushi at 8:00 PM, at around 8:40 I started having abdominal tenderness and soreness, by Midnight I had retched twice (I had a gastric Bypass 20 years ago which affects the ability to vomit) By 1:00 Am the pain was unbearable, being an ex-paramedic (12... years Broward County) I was worried it could be something more serious. I drove myself to hospital and was admitted immediately, after a ton of exams to rule out more dangerous possibilities (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) All the test led to food poisoning, especially the timing, it all fit perfectly. I went into and advised manager of situation, he took my name and number although I know that they will never admit responsibility, or if anyone else complained as it would open them up to liability. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Soreness

It then quickly became... belly pain, 100.5 fever, couldn’t get warm, nausea, diarrhea and massive full body aches which is still occurring 10 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Body Ache, Headache, Other

Our son has been feeling great all week and all day today. I picked up a sub (Italian meats with no toppings or sauce). This was the only thing our 7yr old son ate this evening. Around 8pm he started saying his stomach hurt very bad and... just got worse from there. Before bed, he vomited in the toilet twice. Not even 1 hour later, he vomited all over his bed. He only drinks water. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Chef boarded ravioli, Jan 10 2023 early evening. Haven't had this product in many years so I thought I'd forgotten how it tasted, sort of bland maybe needed salt? While eating I examined the 'meat' inside looked more like pet food, not appealing but ate any way... almost whole can. Next morning it started about 5:30, multiple toilet visits with diarrhea and cramps. By 10 a.m. seems to be easing up a bit. I think this would have started sooner if I hadn't had some toast & honey after I ate. I'm thinking of returning here the unopened cans. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
