Salad Bar Nausea Incident

I made a salad at the salad bar. The salad was all vegetables, topped the quinoa, tabouleh, and ranch dressing. About 30 minutes after eating, I felt nauseous. Two hours later, vomitting began and continued for about 24 hours. At 36 hour mark, I am feeling much better and plan to resume eating.

Deli Turkey Sandwich Illness

Got a turkey sandwich from the deli counter on Feb 17 and had stomach pains and diarrhea. Stomach pains continued and couldn't sleep all night. Still not recovered. I wonder if anything is safe to eat at whole foods anymore.

Had sushi for dinner Monday, November 27th and had vomiting and diarrhea start 2am that night through the afternoon of the next day. Outside of that I slept for over 24 hours straight.
