I got tuna salad from the pre made section on Sunday, today is now Tuesday afternoon and I am head to toe rash and diarrhea from eating it. Symptoms came on 15 minutes later and I believe it’s scombroid

Hot Bar Illness: Diarrhea

Eating from the hot bar, I had food from hot bar for dinner around 6 PM, the next morning I woke up feeling very ill it started out with diarrhea that become more watery with each episode, there were about 15 episode that day and I vomited once.

Smoked Salmon Illness Alert

2 hours after eating smocked salmon I started vomiting, shaking. Now 5 hours after if I dring or eat anything I would vomit right away.

Salad Bar Sickness Strikes

I had salad with chunks of roast beef and ranch dressing from the salad bar. Because it was a warm day I ate there rather than taking it home. By late afternoon the next day I was very sick. I'm still not completely recovered. I'm never eating from another salad bar or hot bar again.
