I had a veggie bowl, for dinner, and after I was done eating I started to not feel good. It wasn't until later in the night that I got sick. I kept getting sick on and off all thru the night and into the next morning. It's to the point that I can't even keep down the simple things such as water.

Went to chipotle on Saturday the 18th of March. I had a chicken burrito with everything on it except guacomole. I also had the orange pineapple drink. I started feeling ill Sunday and Monday.

I went to get my free burrito today. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got a steak, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and lettuce burrito bowl. Two hours after eating I lost all control of my bowels for hours still continuing five hours late. Nausea has set it
