Grabbed a double wrap burrito around 8pm on 11/8/16. Specific order was black beans, white rice, veggies, chorizo, corn, sour cream, avocado, and lettuce. Upon arriving home I ate 1/2 burrito and began feeling "different" shortly after. I woke at 1:00am and again at 3:00am with diarrhea and vomited profusely at 5:00am.
