- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on floor under pallets and on cardboard shelving unit in walk in cooler,along wall bases and in between clutter in furnace area,on floor under chip display racks. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 5/1/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along right side of rear door. Must make door tight fitting.
