- comments: observed the floors in the following areas in need of a detail cleaning. . . The rear storage/dish washing area under the shelving and the three compartment sink. . . The floor area and corners by the rear hand washing sink. . . The front service area under the ice machine. . . Under the cooling units and along the walls. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas as needed.

- comments: observed the hood unit in the rear with a build up of dust. Instructed to clean and maintain.
