- comments: observed shelving units throughout grocery, shelving units in rear surfaces with dust accumulated. Instructed to clean and sanitize said surfaces
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed unused coolers, beverage dispensers, miscellaneus equipment throughout rear storage areas. Instructed to remove from premise and maintainn free of clutter in said area.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed ventilation fans located in walk in cooler with excessive dust and dirt build up. Instructed to clean and maintain.
