Operator swept and disinfected area. **Corrective Action Taken**
Intermediate - Encrusted material on can opener blade.
Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to being blocked by garbage can, by three compartment sink. Handwash sink by soda dispenser blocked by food bowl inside the sink. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
