- comments: found no city of chicago sanitation certificate posted while handling tcs foods. (handles fish ,chicken, etc. ) priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-38-012. Must provide.

- comments: found no handwashing sink by front food dispensing counter. Priority foundation. 7-38-030c. Must provide plumbed hand sink or remove hot holding unit. Hot holding unit currently empty, but soiled.

Found 15 rat droppings under coolers and counter at kitchen. Also, found 80 rat droppings throughout 9 seating booths. Priority violation. Citation issued. 7-42-090. Must notify pest control operator and have premises serviced. Remove all droppings and clean surfaces.
