Yesterday (8/6/18) ate a original recipe burger, began to feel sick after first bite but carried on. Are rest of burger and was feeling sick all afternoon. Got home had diorhea and vomited 4 times. Was fine after got it out so evidently food positing  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Comí una envoltura de desayuno de mc Donald's con tocino, queso, hash brown, huevo. Me sentí bien el lunes por la tarde, pero me desperté el martes con dihorrea severa y la he tenido durante más de 24 horas y también calambres estomacales muy fuertes.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Obstáculo

Second time this happens to me both from the same restaurant. After 4 hours of my lunch I started feeling week and nauseous and my fever went up.Afterwards I kept throwing up and having diarhea throuout the whole night  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
