I ate on May 2nd- 2 tacos and a cheesy Gordita crunch. Around 7 hours later I started feeling mildly sick so I went to bed. I woke up a couple hours later and immediately began vomiting and I had diarrhea as well. I must have got up to vomit about 10 times that night. Never eating Taco Bell again.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

I ate the xxl chicken burritos combo around 2 or 3 am started throwing up at 4 or 5 am. Went into the emergency room around 10 or 11 m on 2/14/18 received peripheral IV fluids still have a bruise from the IV. Started feeling a bit better this morning on 2/17/18  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

I cut part of the chicken on the cabbage salad from Costco as well and within 1 hour I was nauseous. 3 hours later I began vomiting and diarrhea. It's been going on for 10 hours now and I'm unable to keep anything down. Did not eat anything else.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
